Every session with your coach is and will be 100% confidential, in every case. Most topics discussed that we deal with are extremely personal in nature, and often times relate to intimate relationships, difficult financial situations, dealing with stressful or disempowering emotions, stuck in a rut, and sometimes ever more sensitive situations as well. Unless you provide explicit permission for something to be shared with others or offer a testimonial, your personal details will not be shared anywhere else. These sessions are for you and for your benefit, and we pledge to keep them safeguarded.
